1. Account Registration and Approval

- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Product Listings
- Listing Approval: All products must be approved by our team before being published. You must provide detailed and accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.

- Quality Standards: We maintain high standards for product quality. Listings that do not meet these standards may be removed at our discretion.
3. Fees and Payments

- Payout Schedule: Payments will be processed weekly and transferred directly to your bank account. Ensure your bank details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Refunds and Returns: You must adhere to our return policy and process refunds as required. Disputes will be handled according to our marketplace guidelines.
4. Marketing and Promotions
- Marketplace Marketing: We may use your product listings in our marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and social media promotions.
- Seller Promotions: You are encouraged to run promotions and discounts on your products. All promotions must be approved by our team.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
- Violation of Terms: Any violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, repeated customer complaints, and failure to comply with listing standards.
- Appeals: If your account is suspended or terminated, you may contact our support team to appeal the decision. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the marketplace.
- Liability Cap: Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you to us during the six months prior to the claim.
